    Hi, Donna, All the more power to them. Reminds me of the 70-80’s when all the little presses sprang up like mushrooms. Some of them were really great and I was sorry to see some of them disappear for lack of funds. But I see some old familiar names here… older and wiser perhaps about the way of surviving in this old world.
    And it’s a joy to see that poetry still carries on…. yet I wonder how much haiku/tanka would be seen in these pages… That will be interesting indeed.

    • I’d venture a guess that there are many more haiku, tanka and haibun in poetry journals nowadays than then. The small press always figures out a way to do what it needs to; that there is something far more important than just profit. When profit drives content we are in trouble, reader and writer alike.
