We spoke to people in all aspects of the abortion rights battle about life before Roe v. Wade, and what it could look like again.

These are memories from women who received illegal abortions, those who campaigned against abortion rights, and those who worked as health care providers before and after 1973. Below are their stories, in their own words.

  1. Have you seen the movie The Choice of Anne, who won the Golden Lion in Venice? One of the stories told in the article, made cinematically very raw but beautiful.
